NH network in the country expanded from over 91,000 Km in 2014 to above 1.46 lakh Km so far: Govt informs RS

Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari today informed Rajya Sabha that the National Highways network in the country has expanded from over 91 thousand Kilometers in 2014 to above one lakh 46 thousand Kilometers so far. In a written reply, he said the outstanding debt of National Highways Authority of India, NHAI increased from 23 thousand 356 crore rupees on 31st March 2014 to three lakh 42 thousand 802 crore rupees in March this year.
