Proceedings of both Houses to commence in New Building from 19th September; PM Modi says, this will be a session of historic decisions

The proceedings of both the Houses of Parliament will commence in the New Parliament Building from tomorrow onwards. On the Second day of the Special Session of Parliament, Lok Sabha will assemble in the new building at 1.15 PM while the Rajya Sabha will meet at 2.15 PM.   All the members of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha will assemble at the Central Hall of Parliament House in the morning for a joint group photograph.
