India providing urea to farmers at lowest cost in world, says MoS for Chemicals & Fertilizers Bhagawanth Khuba

Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers Bhagawanth Khuba has said that India is providing urea to the farmers at the lowest cost in the world.
