OR Kelu sworn in as Minister in LDF govt in Kerala

In Kerala, the CPI(M) leader, O.R. Kelu took oath as the State Minister for the Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Backward Classes in the LDF government. Governor Arif Mohammed Khan administered the oath in a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan this evening.
