Jharkhand Bypoll: JMM's candidate Bebi Devi wins Dumri assembly seat by 17100 votes

In Jharkhand, the Cabinet Minister for Excise Department and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) candidate Bebi Devi has won the Dumri assembly constituency seat by defeating her nearest rival Yashoda Devi of NDA alliance by a margin of over 17100 votes.   The bye-election was necessitated due to death of former State Education Minister Jagarnath Mahto.
