Incessant rain continues across Arunachal Pradesh. The India Meteorological Department has issued a red alert in three districts in the state. The districts for which a Red Alert is issued are East Siang, Leparada and Kra Daadi. Other 10 districts are under an orange alert and the rest are in the yellow zone.
