High Commissioner of India to Sri Lanka Gopal Baglay inaugurated the India-Alumni Art Exhibition at the University of Visual and Performing Arts in Colombo today. The 3 day exhibition titled ‘Chitralekha’ the J.D.A. Perera Art Gallery, coincides with the Year of India Alumni.
