Heavy rains in Delhi, Met dept issues Orange alert

Heavy rains in Delhi on 8th July 2023, Saturday caused waterlogging in different parts of the city. Indian Meteorological Department said 98.7 mm of rainfall was logged at Safdarjung weather observatory, 92 mm at Lodhi Road, and 111.4 mm at the Ridge near Delhi University.
