4th Nadi Utsav will commence tomorrow at Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts in New Delhi

The 4th Nadi Utsav will commence tomorrow at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) in New Delhi. The river-themed event will focus on Yamuna this year. The three-day event will feature a wide range of programs including Cultural Performances, a book fair, a documentary film festival, and a puppet show.
