EC hears both factions of NCP on claims to party’s name and poll symbol; next hearing on 8th October

The Election Commission today heard both factions of Nationalist Congress Party NCP over their claims to the party’s name and poll symbol, clock. EC announced by-poll to one seat of Rajya Sabha from UP
