SC deferred hearing on interim bail plea of former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in Delhi excise policy case

The Supreme Court today, August 4 deferred the hearing on the interim bail plea of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia till the 4th of September in two Delhi excise policy cases being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED).  Mr. Sisodia had filed a petition for interim bail, citing the medical condition of his wife as a reason for his release.
