Central team comprising animal husbandry experts arrives in Kozhikode in connection with Nipah virus cases in Kerala

In Kerala, a four member central team comprising animal husbandry experts have arrived in Kozhikode this morning. The team will undertake a detailed study and collect samples from the Nipah infected areas of the district. They will be joined by scientists and doctors of the State Institute for Animal Disease and the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Science University.
