The division bench of Calcutta High Court suspended the death sentence of the convicts in the Kamduni rape and murder case. A division bench of Justice Jayamalya Bagchi and Justice Ajay Kumar Gupta ordered life imprisonment for Saiful Ali and Ansar Ali, who were sentenced to death in the lower court.
