Brent crude prices fell near one and half percent today, extending the previous session's sharp losses as an uncertain demand outlook overshadowed any boost from an OPEC plus panel maintaining oil output cuts to keep supply tight.   In intra-day trade, Brent crude was trading at 84 dollars and 60 cents per barrel.
