Punjab Governor writes letter to CM Bhagwant Mann on drug issue; tells him to respond to his letters

Punjab Governor, Banwari Lal Purohit has written a strongly worded letter to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for not providing information sought on various issues during the past few months. He said that not furnishing the information would be plainly in dereliction of the constitutional duty which is imposed on the CM.
