At least eight people killed due to floods and landslides in Jammu and Kashmir

In Jammu and Kashmir, at least eight people were killed due to floods and landslides triggered by heavy rains in the upper reaches of Kathua district of Jammu division. Two residential houses collapsed due to heavy rainfall in the Bani area of Kathua district. Four bodies have been recovered, while a massive rescue and search operation is underway to locate the missing others.
