Additional Secretary to President of India Rajesh Gupta and Chairman of Lalit Kala Akademi Prof. V Nagdas today inaugurated Festivals and Fairs Exhibition under Mela Moments at the Amrit Udhyan in Rashtrapati Bhavan.
