Gold price up five rupees, to trade at Rs 56,615/ ten grams

Today, Gold was trading up at the Multi Commodity Exchange for December contracts. The precious metal was up 5 rupees, or 0.01 percent to trade at 56,615 rupees per ten grams. Silver futures for December contracts also rose 325 rupees, or 0.49 percent to trade at 67,100 rupees per kilo when reports last came in.   In the global markets, gold was trading up at 1,835 dollars and 30 cents per ounce at the New York Mercantile Exchange.
