231 doubling projects of over 20,000 km in length either sanctioned or in construction stage: Govt in LS

Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said that 231 doubling projects of over 20 thousand kilometres in length have been either sanctioned or in the construction stage across the country as of the 1st of April this year.
