The Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre (SVCC) and Indian Cultural Association celebrated Basant Panchami and Saraswati Puja in Colombo today.

The members of the Indian community participated with religious fervour in the festival that marks the preparation for the arrival of Spring. On the occasion, the children from the Indian Cultural Association chanted religious mantras while students of SVCC performed cultural programmes.
