Thirteen Indian fishermen were arrested by the Sri Lankan Navy and taken to Kankesanthurai port today. The fishermen hailing from Pudukottai were fishing near Katchatheevu when the arrests happened. Recently, on the first of this month, 25 fishermen were caught in international waters by the Sri Lankan Navy.
