High Commissioner of India to Sri Lanka, Santosh Jha, inaugurated a photo-exhibition celebrating the life and legacy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at Colombo. The event marks Sardar Patel’s 150th birth anniversary. The exhibition highlights the journey and resilience of Sardar Patel, revered as the “Iron Man of India” and a key architect of India’s unity.
During the inauguration, High Commissioner Jha emphasised Sardar Patel’s ideals of unity and patriotism, noting their enduring relevance. The exhibition will remain open until 7 PM on October 30, at the Lionel Wendt Art Centre in Colombo.
