Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang chaired a meeting at Samman Bhawan with senior officials from NHIDCL, BRO, and PGCIL to address land issues affecting the state’s infrastructure projects. The discussions focused on land acquisition, road development, compensation, and disputes that have delayed progress. The meeting explored ways to streamline processes and collaboration among agencies and departments to ensure development, while respecting landowner concerns.

High-ranking state officials, including the Chief Secretary and District Collectors, also attended the meeting.
