Telangana is reeling under severe cold wave conditions, with most of the districts recording minimum temperatures below 10° Celsius for the past three days. This marks a sharp dip compared to the previous days when only five to 10 districts experienced such low temperatures. According to data from the Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), Tandra village of Nirmal district recorded the lowest minimum Temperature of 6.3 degrees Celsius in the state this morning while Pochara of Adilabad recorded the minimum temperature at 6.4 degrees Celsius. In Hyderabad West Marredpally recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 9.9 degrees Celsius. The MET officials issued a cold wave alert as over 15 districts out of 33 recorded minimum temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius continuously for three days.
