India’s Equity Benchmark Indices closed at record high on Tuesday. The Sensex rose 308 points, or 0.40 percent, to close at 77,301. Nifty gained 92 points, or 0.39 percent, to settle at 23,558.
In the Forex market today, the Indian rupee closed at 83 rupee and 41 paisa against US dollar.
In the Multi Commodity Exchange, Gold, for 5th August contract, was trading at 71,450 rupees per 10 Grams, Silver, for 5th July Contract, was trading at 88,820 per kilogram, when reports last came in.
In the Global Crude Market, Brent Crude was trading at 83 Dollars and 95 Cents per Barrel, when reports last came in.
