Domestic Benchmark Indices, Sensex and Nifty are trading nearly flat today amid mixed global cues and anticipation of rate cut announcement by the Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell at Jackson Hole Symposium.
At 1:30 PM, the BSE Sensex was trading marginally up by 19 points, or 0.02 percent at 81,072 and the NSE Nifty up by 11 points, or 0.05 percent to trade at 24,823.
In the broader market at BSE, the Mid-Cap index was down 0.4 percent and Small-Cap index up by 0.1 percent, when the reports last came in.
