Domestic markets gained this week. The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange rose 189 points, or 0.3 per cent during the week, to close at 72,832 on Friday. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange gained 73 points, or 0.3 per cent during the week, to end at 22,097. In the broader market, outperforming the Sensex, the BSE small-cap index added nearly 2 percent and the mid-cap Index rose 1.5 percent.
