In the last leg of the Bihar visit, Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Amit Shah today held a meeting of leaders of all five constituent parties of the NDA in Patna. After addressing a public meeting at Gopalganj, Mr. Shah convened the meeting at the official residence of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and discussed strategy and various issues related to the Bihar Assembly Elections, which are likely to be held later this year.
Besides JD(U) National President and CM Nitish Kumar, leaders of all NDA constituent parties like LJP (R), Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) and Rashtriya Lok Morcha remain present. The meeting was in continuity of discussions held earlier among NDA alliances in Delhi.
BJP In-charge Vinod Tawade, JD(U) working President Sanjay Jha, LJP ( Ramvilas ) Chief Chirag Paswan, Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) Chief Jitan Ram Manjhi , Chief of Rashtriya Lok Morcha Upendra Kushwaha and several other union ministers, state ministers and party leaders attended the meeting.
The meeting is seen as very significant for NDA as the alliance has set a target to win 225 seats in the upcoming elections. For this a strategy of joint workers conferences being organized across all the 243 assembly segments. Mr. Shah had held meetings yesterday with senior party leaders at BJP state headquarters in Patna.
Mr. Shah had asked all party officials to work in coherence with other allies of the party to ensure thumping victory in Bihar Assembly Elections 2025.
