The scorching heat continues in Madhya Pradesh. Many districts of the state are facing extreme heat and heat waves. Along with Chambal, the temperature in many areas of Malwa has also crossed the record 44 to 46 degrees.
People in Bhopal, Indore and Gwalior are also troubled by the heat. The mercury has crossed 40 degrees for five consecutive days.
The temperature also reached 40 degrees to 44 degrees in Narmadapuram, Chhindwara, Khajuraho, Naugaon, Niwari, Raisen, Narsinghpur, Sagar and Khargone. The MeT Department has also issued a warning of a heat wave in half of the state tomorrow.
