In the Forex market, the rupee rebounded today and strengthened by 23 paise to settle at 86 rupees and 88 paise against the US dollar amid a decline in the American currency index. The dollar index, which indicates the US dollar’s strength against a basket of six other leading currencies, is trading at 103.73 in intra-day trade.
