The Rupee, hovering near a record low, is expected to remain under pressure amid focus on crude oil prices and the U.S. Federal Reserve's policy decision.
 
In the forex market, the rupee today closed 20 paise lower at 83 rupees and 07 paise against the US dollar.
   
The dollar index, which indicates the US currency's strength against a basket of six other leading currencies, was at 105.12 in intra-day trade.
