Amid logjam in Parliament, Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar today held an all-party meeting to ensure smooth conduct of business in the Upper House. The meeting which took place at Mr. Dhankhar's chamber was attended by Union Ministers Piyush Goyal and Arjun Ram Meghwal and Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Khrage, Tiruchi Siva of DMK, Sukhendu Sekhar Roy of TMC, Binoy Viswam of CPI, Prof. Manoj Jha of RJD  and others attended the meeting.
