Rohan Bopanna and his Australian companion Matthew Ebden to start their ATP Finals campaign today in Italy

In Tennis, ace Indian player Rohan Bopanna and his Australian companion Matthew Ebden will start their ATP Finals campaign at the Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy, tonight. In their opening group stage match, the Indian-Australian duo will take on the Italian pair of Andrea Vavassori and Simone Bolelli, seeded fourth in the Men’s Doubles category. The match is scheduled to begin at 10:20 tonight. In their second group stage encounter, Bopanna and Ebden, seeded sixth, will face the top seeds Marcelo Arévalo of El Salvador and Mate Pavić of Croatia tomorrow.
 
 
While in their last group stage match, Bopanna and Ebden will lock horns with the German pair of Kevin Krawietz and Tim Pütz on Wednesday. Each player or team will compete against all other players or teams within their group in a round-robin format. Following the group stage, the top two players or teams from each group will advance to the semifinals. The ATP Finals is the season-ending championship of the ATP Tour in the men’s annual calendar. It features the top eight singles players and top eight doubles teams based on their results throughout the season.
