Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressed Gujarat State Congress workers in Ahmedabad today and expressed confidence that his party would defeat BJP in the next elections.
Mr Gandhi who was on a one-day visit to Gujarat also met the kin of the victims of various tragedies in Gujarat including the Rajkot game zone fire tragedy.

AIR correspondent reports that Mr Gandhi’s visit came days after the recent clash between BJP and Congress workers outside the Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) office in Ahmedabad over alleged anti-Hindu remarks made by Gandhi in the Lok Sabha.
