In Punjab, the water level is receding in some flood-affected districts but still, normal life is out of gear as this flood fury has made thousands of people homeless.
 
Akashvani correspondent reports that several relief camps have been set up by authorities in flood-affected districts where thousands of people have taken shelter with their cattle. People are being provided with food and fodder for their cattle. As the water is receding slowly, the homeless people want to go back to their homes but the authorities have advised people to remain in relief camps till the situation normalised.
