In puducherry, District Collector Shri A.Kulothungan and French Deputy Consul General to Puducherry Mr.Jean-Philippe Huther participated in the ceremony of wreath-laying at French War Memorial in the beach road, today. The program was organised in commemoration of anniversary of the end of the second world war. Silence was observed in memory of the martyrs of the Second World War. Both the National Anthems of India and France were played as a tribute to martyrs.
