Puducherry Lt. Governor K. Kailashnathan inaugurated the SPARSH Outreach Awareness Programme for Defence Pensioners and Family Pensioners in Chennai at the JIPMER Auditorium in Puducherry. The Lt. Governor Kailashnathan also distributed pension arrear cheques to the families of ex-servicemen who benefited from the SPARSH initiative.
