President Droupadi Murmu has embarked on a state visit to Timor-Leste after a successful two-day visit to New Zealand. President Murmu will reach Dili, the capital of Timor-Leste, tomorrow morning. She will hold bilateral meetings with the President and the Prime Minister of Timor-Leste.
Earlier, in her address to the Indian diaspora in Auckland, New Zealand today, President Murmu said that India has become an example of vibrant democracy in the world and is going to be the third largest economy very soon. She commended the Indian diaspora for upholding Indian festivals, traditions and customs.
