President Droupadi Murmu has extended condolences to the bereaved families of those killed in a building collapse in Lucknow yesterday and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced an ex-gratia of two lakh rupees to the next of the kin of each deceased. The injured would be given 50 thousand rupees. In a social media post, the Prime Minister expressed sadness over the incident and wished for the speedy recovery of those injured.
