In a social media post, Trump said he is proud to announce former Attorney General of Florida, Pam Bondi as his next Attorney General of the US. Bondi has been an outspoken defender of Trump. She was one of his lawyers during his first impeachment trial, when he was accused of abusing his power. And she was among a group of Republicans who showed up to support Trump at his New York hush money criminal trial.
