President Droupadi Murmu has congratulated Nitesh Kumar for winning the gold medal in Men’s singles badminton event at the Paris Paralympics today. Ms Murmu said that by winning a gold medal in his first Paralympics, Kumar has demonstrated great skill and temperament. She further expressed hope that the country is looking forward to him bringing more glory to India.
