In Uttar Pradesh, more than 1.89 crore voters will decide the fate of 100 candidates on 10 seats in the third phase of elections.
Polling started peacefully on 20415 polling booths of the 10 Lok Sabha seats of UP where voting is underway during third phase of general elections. These seats are spread over Ruhelkhand, Braj and Central UP. It includes Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Etah, Hathras, Mainpuri, Aonla, Bareilly, Sambhal, Badayun and Ferozabad. Out of these 10 seats, 8 seats were bagged by BJP in 2019 except Sambhal and Mainpuri All eyes will be on Firozabad, Bayadun and Mainpuri constituencies where three members of Samajwadi party Chief Akhilesh Yadav family are trying their luck. Union Minister SP Singh Baghel is in fray from Agra constituency. A total of 100 candidates including 8 women are in the fray on these 10 constituencies.
