Top leaders of all political parties today campaigned in Uttar Pradesh. BJP national president J P Nadda today addressed a political gathering in Munshiganj in Amethi in support of BJP candidate and Union minister Smriti Irani who is pitted against the Congress’s Kishori Lal Sharma. He said that after during Corona crisis the economy was in bad state but our government made sure that no-one sleeps without food and started world’s biggest grain distribution scheme. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also addressed the rally in Amethi.

On the other hand, Congress General secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also campaigned in Amethi today and addressed street gatherings.

Samajwadi party president Akhilesh Yadav addressed a joint rally with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Jhansi in support of Congress candidate Pradeep Jain.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge also held a rally at Chauri Chaura near Gorakhpur and in Maharajganj. He said that if his party comes to power then GST on farming will be removed.
