Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid homage to Lokmanya Tilak on his 103rd death anniversary today. In a tweet, Mr Modi said he will be in Pune where he will accept the Lokmanya Tilak National Award. The Prime Minister said he is indeed humbled that he has been conferred this award which is closely associated with the work of such a great personality of Indian history.
