Prime Minister Narendra Modi termed it is a proud moment that Rajya Sabha MP and State President of Nagaland's BJP Mahila Morcha, S Phangnon Konyak presided over Rajya Sabha on Tuesday. Ms Konyak had said in a tweet that she was privileged, humbled and overwhelmed to preside over the House. She said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, women today are being given due respect and space in politics and leadership. She also expressed gratitude towards Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar for this opportunity.
