To improve connectivity between the two capital cities of Jharkhand and West Bengal, the Ranchi to Howrah Vande Bharat Express was launched on Sunday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Ranchi-Howrah Vande Bharat Express through video conferencing. South Eastern Railway sources said this train will start its regular journey from 27th of September. It will leave Ranchi at 5:15 a.m. and reach Howrah at 12:20 p.m. on the same day. On the return journey, the Express will leave Howrah at 3.45 p.m. and reach Ranchi at 10.50 p.m. on the same day. The train will stop at Murree, Kotshila, Purulia, Chandil, Tatanagar and Kharagpur stations in both directions. The Sources also informed that the Vande Bharat Express will run 6 days a week except Tuesday.
