The Prime Minister and Senior BJP leader, Narendra Modi came down heavily on Samajwadi party and Congress on the COVID issue in an election rally at Etawah in Uttar Pradesh. He said that these parties tried to instigate people and spread lies during COVID period, while his government and scientists were trying hard to save each and every life. Etawah is hometown of Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav. The Prime Minister raised the issue of nepotism here and said that some families think that certain areas are their personal property but this is not going to happen this time.
Mr. Modi will address another political rally in Sitapur in a short while before leading the roadshow in Ayodhya. He will perform Darshan and Pujan at Ram Lala temple prior to the road show.
The two-kilometre-long road show will start in the evening from Sugreev Qila area and will culminate at Lata Chowk.
Senior BJP leader and Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Pushkar Singh Dhami will also hold a road show in Badayun district today.
Congress in-charge of Uttar Pradesh Avinash Pandey will also hold a rally in favour of party candidate in Kaushambi.
On the other hand Samajwadi party Chief Akhilesh Yadav addressed a political rally in Agra district.
