Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi has asserted that the proposed National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) bill is within the federal structure of the country. Mr. Joshi was talking to the media outside Parliament House.

On the Manipur issue, he said that most of the opposition MPs had personally expressed their willingness to take part in the discussion. But few opposition leaders are not interested.
