Lakhs of people have benefitted from the MUDRA Yojana in Rajasthan, including a large number of women. Along with this, the scheme has proved to be very beneficial for providing financial resources for self-employment to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and minority groups.

More than 2 crore 26 lakh people of the state were given loans of more than Rs 1 lakh 76 thousand crores under the scheme in the last decade. Out of these, more than 780 thousand have benefitted under the Tarun category. They were given loans of up to 10 lakh without collateral on easy terms to start and expand their businesses. This scheme has promoted financial inclusion and inspired lakhs of youth for self-employment. Along with this, women and weaker sections have been given financial independence. The scheme has created a vibrant ecosystem for small and medium enterprises in the state.
