Over 18,000 runners, including 60 international runners from 18 countries participated in the 7th edition of Indian Oil WNC Navy Half Marathon 2024 held on Sunday. The event took place at Mumbai’s Cross Maidan as a part of the activities surrounding the Navy Day. In men’s category, Rameshwar Munjal won the 21 km race while Thirupathi G. bagged the first position in 10 km category and Tanmay Pawar won the 5 km race, whereas Madhuri Kale won the first position in women’s 21 km category, Sadhana Yadav won the and Gayatri Shinde. The run was flagged off from Cross Maidan, near Bombay Gymkhana and the route covered iconic locations like MG road, Opera House, Peddar Road and Haji Ali Dargah.
